How does volume-based pricing work?
Your monthly price is based on how many customer sales sync from your connected Shopify stores. For example, 250 sales/mo on REUP puts you in the Growth tier at $99/mo. If you sync fewer sales next month, your price drops automatically.
What counts as a sale? (And what doesn't?)
Any customer order synced from your connected Shopify store counts toward your monthly total. The purchase orders you send to your suppliers do not count — those are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day trial you'll be billed based on your sales volume. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard settings before your trial ends — no charge.
Can I switch between REUP and REUP Pro?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Dashboard → Account Settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What's included for AI messages vs. overages?
Every tier includes a generous AI assistant allowance that grows with your volume — 500/mo on Starter, up to 25,000 on Pro. REUP Pro also includes a matching AI customer-service reply quota. If you exceed your included quota, you're only charged for the overage: $0.015 per AI message and $0.030 per CS reply. A built-in safety cap prevents runaway costs.
What's the difference between REUP and REUP Pro?
Both plans include unlimited stores, suppliers, POs, team members, dropship, and all core inventory features. REUP Pro adds the AI Customer Service Hub, support email forwarding, auto-refund processing, scheduled reports, and SMS notifications.
How do I pay my supplier for a PO?
REUP coordinates the PO but never processes or holds payments. When your supplier sends a quote, REUP parses it and emails you a summary. You pay the supplier directly, then click “Mark as Paid” to confirm.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from the billing section in your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
